Mecca believes in your satisfaction and we are committed to it. We will accept returned items for 30 day with an RMA number. You may return unopened products for exchange, refund or replacement.

1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, Mecca Anime will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Mecca Anime will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Mecca Anime while using the secure server.
2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

International Customers:
Effective 05/08/01 12:00cst. all international customers paying via credit card will need to fax or mail copies of the front and back of thier credit card to our office with their first order. We appologize for any inconvience but this is a necessary step in order to continue the support to our international friends. This requirement only for your first order. We will retain this in your customer file. This information, like all customer information, will never be sold, given or transfered to any outside entity. These measures are caused by the increase in fraudulant credit card orders originating from foreign countries.
